Every role gets a weighted share of the same pool.
Your selected roles add together.

Turn weights into multipliers. A weight of 1 becomes 1×. A weight of 1.8 becomes about 2.23×, using e^{(weight − 1)}.

Balance the entire pool. Divide the modelled token pool by the sum of holder count × multiplier across all 11 categories.

Add your roles. Multiply that base amount by each selected role’s multiplier, then add them. Multiply tokens by your assumed price for the dollar value.
